You should have access to your data
You can request from us copies of your personal information.
You should be able to rectify your data
You can request from us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You can request from us to complete information you think is incomplete.
You should be able to have your data erased
You can request that we erase your personal information in certain circumstances, however, there is data that we are obligated to keep in order to comply with regulatory requirements, such as anti-money laundering laws.
You should be able to restrict the processing of your data
You can request that we restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances for example if you have made a request to update your data.
You should be able to object to the processing of your data
You can request that we stop processing your data (e.g. direct marketing purposes), however, there is data that must be processed to comply with regulatory obligations. If we are processing your information for criminal law enforcement purposes we will do this according to the law.
We will not ask you to pay a fee to access your data and we will aim to supply you with this data within 4 weeks of confirming receipt of your request.
